Budget Cube Archetypes, Off the top of my head here: It looks like many of the normal cube archetypes are supported, just at a lower power level to allow for weaker archetypes to see play (and budget too). Since card space is a scarce ressource in smaller cubes I would like to start a discussion about Single Card Six+ mana: 1-2 creatures. You can combine all sorts of stuff together and make really weird decks. You can also do drafts of the cubes on CubeCobra to get a feel for the cube. The archetypes and cards discussed in this article are present in both cubes. Off the top of my head here: One of the things I like to do when building a cube initially is to choose gold cards to try and get a sense for what identity a color and its pairs are going to have.
